Safe Surgery
Based on the official WHO Safe Surgery checklist, this app supports three check moments in the operating room to increase surgical safety, and decrease the number of complications:
1. Sign In
(Before induction of anaesthesia)
With at least nurse and anaesthetist.
2. Time Out
(Before skin incision)
With nurse, anaethetist and surgeon.
3. Sign Out
(Before patient leaves operating room)
With nurse, anaethetist and surgeon.
User instructions:
Answer the questions and press the corresponding buttons. The progress indicator on top follows with you. When it reaches 100%, the check is finished and you'll be given short feedback if precautions are required.
