Sight Selector Premium
The Sight Selector™ Premium by Patient Education Concepts, Inc. and Eyeland Design Network GmbH, is an application for use by eye care professionals to help demonstrate various eye diseases, conditions and treatments to their patients. These programs are not meant to serve for definitive diagnostic purposes nor as a substitute for clinical judgments.
The Sight Selector™ Premium contains 50 patient education topics, each vividly described using either a series of 3-D still images or animated video with English narration. All of the narrated videos can be previewed prior to purchase at: "http://www.patientedconcepts.com/sight_selector.html". (Users in non-English speaking countries may prefer to use the still images or the video without narrative to describe ocular conditions to their patients.)
Unlike competitive eye animation companies that charge annual fees to use their narrated animations within their application, Sight Selector™ topics may be used on your iPad™ or iPhone™ without paying annual fees!
The initial 50 programs included in the Sight Selector™ Premium are grouped into seven categories: Cataracts & IOLs, Refractive Errors, Laser Vision Correction, Wavefront Guided Procedures, Wavefront Optimized Procedures, Conventional LVC Procedures, and General Ophthalmology. After purchasing the Sight Selector™ Premium, you will have the ability to purchase additional topics such as BOTOX™ Cosmetic and Blepharoplasty along with others as they become available.
A Sight Selector™ Lite app is also available for purchase in the app store. It is a FREE app that includes a FREE download of the “Anatomy of the Eye” topic. Once you download the Sight Selector™ Lite app, you may purchase only those topics relevant to your practice with individual topics priced from $4.99 to $14.99 each.
The Sight Selector™ for iPad™ and iPhone™ is one of three Sight Selector™ products. Also available are our Sight Selector™ Online Edition and our Sight Selector™ Practice Edition.
