Dosing Algorithm
The VICTRELIS™ (boceprevir) Dosing Algorithm application is for US health care professionals only. This Dosing Algorithm, from Merck, is designed to allow US health care professionals to determine the recommended length of therapy with VICTRELIS.

The VICTRELIS™ (boceprevir) dosing algorithm may be used without entering any information that directly identifies patients. Information that you record in the “Profile” feature is stored on your Apple device [iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad]. If you choose to record the full name or other information that directly identifies a patient, we recommend that you use the Profile Password Protection feature or Device Lock feature which is available under the Settings feature to protect personal information. Merck does not collect personal information when you use this application.
