WIC Calculators
WIC Calculators is a tool for staff of the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC). The WIC Program promotes breastfeeding as the best source of nutrition for infants. For moms who cannot or choose not to breastfeed, WIC provides infant formula. The WIC Infant Formula Calculator is designed to assist WIC State Agencies in determining infant formula issuance amounts consistent with WIC regulations. The Whole Grain Calculator is designed to help WIC State agencies identify products that meet WIC minimum specification requirements for whole grain cereal, whole wheat or whole grain bread. WIC Calculators is a free application from the WIC Works Resource System of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. WIC Works is an online education and training center for WIC staff.
