Middle Eastern beats have always fascinated me. Even before sampling Arabic sounds was trendy I would buy Arabic pop music from cabbies in the Lower East Side (NYC). A decade later a good friend insisted I play an Arabic song in the midst of an all night house set. The crowd stood on tables and threw napkins at us. The rest gets a little blurry for me, but nonetheless Bellyhouse was born.

Since 2003 Bellyhouse has presented international-themed events at many of New York City's hottest nightclubs and international venues. Since then, we have produced several hip hitting CD's and compilations for the world traveler.
