About Chris DaSilva Band:
Chris DaSilva Band (CDB) is an acoustic-based, reggae-rock band formed in late 2008 when Chris was in need of a full band to take his music into the larger clubs. His first and most logical choice was longtime band mate, Steve Holder (bass) who also helped co-write many of the songs. Rounding out the current trio is Fred Pisciotta (percussion), who had played with both Chris and Steve on and off for several years. The three had first come together back in mid-2005 forming the band According to Wendy. Since that time, Chris and Steve had also formed The Jynx in 2007.
