Start your iPod application(in your iPhone or iPod Touch);
Choose your preferred song and play it;
Click your Home Button;
Start Drum Player 3;
Enjoy it, and play your favorite songs!

Custom background music function will remain mute when a call comes in, even after the end of phone, so please double tap the HOME button, remove the application and then restart it.
