"His voice is amazing, his cadence is perfect. It's not typical hypnosis in that there is no 'close your eyes get comfy' kind of induction. It's a track of patter about releasing anxiety. It's NLP... so if you listen too closely, the words he's saying don't make sense and your mind gets confused and gives up and you do get hypnotized. But even if you don't listen too closely, he has done an amazing job of sort of weaving a mental tapestry of an essence that you get carried along with and some part of you understands.
