Rock Guitar Made Easy

This app is for the beginning rock
guitarist. It contains explanations
of Rock Chords and some tunes
for you to practice. The app
comes free with two tunes. The
remaining tunes can be unlocked
with an in-app purchase.

The tunes are presented in
Guitar Tab format using DigiClef
technology. DigiClef provides
Touch screen controls that allow
you to change the tempo of the tune
to suit your skill level. Midi notes
are played at the same time so
you can hear what the tune should
sound like.

The content of this app has
been adapted from the Mel Bay
Book of the same name: “Rock
Guitar Made Easy” by Corey
Christiansen.

Corey writes in the
introduction: “…these tunes are
for all the students, young and old,
who are starting to run electrical
extension chords through the
garage for their amps and pedals.
Maybe some are even rigging
up their own homemade stage
lighting. These tunes are for the
students who will end up writing
their own rock songs and could
possibly write the next hit. Most of
all, the tunes in this book are not
hard to play. These are rock based
guitar riffs that are not difficult and
