The graphics are amazing, and the game is actually interesting - it's not repetitive and the music is a nice break from the mainstream music found on other apps.

The notes appear from the center of the screen. Touch your iPhone or iPod when the notes reach one of the four points. Depending on your rhythm, you’ll score a Fantastic, Great, or Good. If the notes fail to rhythmically hit the points, then the screen will flash Miss.
