ZipTunes gives you a faster and easier way to create music playlists on your iPhone and iPod touch. Just tell ZipTunes what you are in the mood for, and it will create a playlist for you automatically. You can give ZipTunes commands like 'play 30 minutes of 5* rock songs' or 'play techno tracks I just got last week and haven't listened to yet' or 'put on a playlist of my 5 favorite dance and trance artists', and it will create a matching playlist automatically. You still get full control over the results though - at any time, you can add, remove, or reorder songs in your playlist, all while the music is already playing!

* ZipTunes is fully compatible with the iPod music player. So you can exit ZipTunes, use your iPod, and re-enter ZipTunes, all without your music missing a beat

ZipTunes has come a long way since version 1.0. In past versions, users with very large libraries experienced problems including crashes with ZipTunes, but these issues have been promptly resolved.
