How often did you say to somebody "I live about 3 miles in this direction"?
But that's quite hard, isn't it? Now there's an app for that!

After setting your home location, Home Compass shows the direction and distance to your home place!
A beautiful interface points to your home place and also shows up a normal compass.

HowTo:
-The first time you start Home Compass you have to set your home location. (Of course you can change it at any time).
-Your device will ask you, if Home Compass is allowed to use location services. You have to confirm this for Home Compass working properly.

Features:
-Choose between magnetic or geographic north
-Distance calculation supports miles and kilometers
-Accuracy display

Setting the home location:
-Use your current location as home location
-Search for any address and Home Compass will detect the correct location
-Choose between "Standard", "Satellite" and "Hybrid" map display
-Movable home location pin (touch and hold the pin)

Attention: This app requires the iPhone 3GS or the iPhone 4.

Home Compass works best, when using it outdoor with no disturbing magnetic fields near your device.
