I’m In Town was created in MEDL Mobile’s App Incubator. The idea was submitted by Jared Rubin of Long Beach, a traveling salesman who wanted a way to let all of his customers and friends know when he arrived in a new place.

At the touch of a button, let all your contacts living within the radius of your current location know that you’re soon to arrive.

Since I’m In Town uses your contact’s street addresses, be sure to have their street addresses filled out before selecting them to be notified.

ARRIVAL MADE EASY
I’m In Town lets you automatically send text messages to specific contacts to let them know you’ll be there soon.

Using your GPS coordinates and their address, I’m In Town will notify them of your arrival when you reach a certain radius. Now, you’ll never come home from a trip and say to yourself, “I can’t believe I forgot to call so-and-so!”
