You will find answers to all these questions in i-map-u. An innovative application that can help you find and share your address/Intersection/Location Area with your friends, with the help of GPS in your iPhone. i-map-u comes with simple yet intuitive and power full set of features.

Accuracy:

It can give you results as close as 10 meters. Accuracy of the result is based on certain factors including GPS signal, whether you are inside/outside, whether you have a 3G iPhone (with GPS chipset) or the 2G iPhone (without GPS chipset). This application however does a good job by letting you know the level of accuracy, and it is always trying to improve the accuracy. So, If you are using a 3G iPhone outside, you will get the best accuracy in around 8-10 seconds.
