iMekka 2 is the ultimate Mekka app on the iPhone AppStore. It is now available for free to the ones that bought the first version of it. (Updates should be free, even if there is a 2 attached to it’s popular name.)
It’s a very simple and well-designed app to help you find your direction towards Mekka. Additionally it provides you with the prayer times and calendar dates of your current location, so that you will never miss a prayer.
It’s predecessor iMekka was #86 in Navigation at the iPhone AppStore worldwide and still is the most popular of all Mekka apps.
Furthermore I want to say that the successor of iMekka is, again, an iPhone 3GS only application! You won’t be able to see the beautiful compass rotate when you don’t have the magnetometer inside your device.
Besides if you don’t have the newest iPhone you can still see the prayer times of your current location.
