“iMekka - Genie Edition” is a new, magical and revolutionary app in the world of Muslims.

Inspired by the tales of 1001 nights and the popular iMekka app on the iPhone, we created a new way of praying, to enhance your experience and enlighten you by the combination of tradition and technology to see what is possible today.

We completly redesigned the userinterface and created it as simple as possible. Magiclamp and Hourglass will guide you to either the augmented reality screen (Yes, you read augmented reality and were not mistaken) and the screen where it shows you the times for your current location.

We even enhanced the accuracy of each feature so that you don’t have to wait for better reception or a satellite having to be upon you in the sky.
Please make sure that when you complain about not having this super accuracy (and give us bad reviews) that you have an iPhone 3GS with magnetometer and it’s much improved GPS. This will give us feedback so we can fix the possible problem.

The predecessors of the new iPhone don’t have a magnetometer. This means that you won’t be able to see Mekka through your iPhones camera, which leads to the fact that iMekka Genie Edition is an 3GS only application.
