Locate My Friends

LMF shows a Google-map with a red pin for your current location (centered on the map) and a blue one for each of your friends.

Your location-update will be sent to the server every minute unless you turn 'visible' to OFF or stop locating using the Start/Stop button.

Clicking a friend in your friends-list will bring up a detail view where the position of this friend will be centered at the google map and will be marked with a blue+red pin. All other friends will be marked with blue pins. Click 'Maps-Button' will bring up iPhone's built-in maps-application which you can use to find directions to your friend.

Privacy:
* Only your last position will be stored at the server.
* Switching 'visible' to OFF will remove your last position from the server immediately.
* Your 'friends-list' is stored at your iPhone only and not at the LMF-server.

Easy registration and setup:

Once you've installed LMF on your iPhone open the 'Settings-Tab', enter your email, choose a nickname, and press 'Register'. An email containing your unique registration-key will be sent to the email you've entered. To complete regitration restart LMF on your iPhone. Tell your friends your Nickname and Reg-Key and invite them to add you in their 'friends-list'.

Attention: There is a bug when registering nickname with spaces. Please use a single word until this issue will be fixed in 1.0.

Thank you for your feedback. The next (free) update will include bugfixes, simpler registration, reg-keys of your choice, and messages between friends. 1.0 is planed for April 09.
