Ontario Traffic View is the easiest and fastest way to view the traffic cameras in Ontario. With over 300 traffic cameras from across Ontario, you can easily select which areas and highways you want to view and then scroll through them. Mark cameras as favorites to make for even easier access. You can even have the application filter only cameras within 5km to make it easier when traveling!!!
Also, with the new interactive map you can now select the camera you want using the same type of gestures you do in map application. You can also view traffic incidents provided by the MTO directly on the new map.

FAQ
-> How often are the images updated?
Depending on the source of the image it can be as often as every minute or as long as every 10min.
-> Can you add the direction the camera is facing?
Sorry, the cameras are not stationary and can be moved. Because of this, one minute it could be facing north then south the next. I am looking into alternatives.

Correct Issue with Ottawa cameras
UPDATE: Apple seems to have fixed the downloading issue. I still have not been told yet what happened and why, but I will continue to look into it to try to make sure nothing like this ever happens again.
