aE Camera Flash

aE Camera Flash brightens images just like a good flash! It was developed in cooperation with an award winning professional photographer, the director of graphic design for an international magazine, and a DSP expert from USC. This is not a toy, it is a post processing DSP engine that has made several photographers say "Wow!".

aE Camera Flash allows Camera to Email in two clicks with a world class flash algorithm. Images will be normalized for maximum color bandwidth, brightened just where needed, then compressed to your pre-set level, and saved and/or emailed. This greatly improves the speed and quality of the images you capture and share!

Features:
-Capture and Flash directly from Camera, or import images you have already taken from the Photo Album
-Multi-pass image brightening system (leaves darks dark and does not blow-out the light areas, just like a good flash)
-Email images directly from the aE Camera Flash (with two clicks you can Capture and image and email it)
-Normalize Filter (optional - This filter is used before the image brightening system to expand the color range. This is quite effective in low light situations)
-Save images to the Camera Roll
-Select the size of the image for the camera to capture and for the application to save and email
-Select the compression ration for saved images. Why waste space saving uncompressed images.
-Select the compression ration for emailed images. This can greatly increase the speed of sending images via email.
-Crosshairs for the Camera - Really helps center image (can be enabled and disabled in settings)
-Touch anywhere on screen to take picture. I am sure you are tired of contorting your hand trying to reach the "camera" icon in order to take a picture.

Camera Capture / Photo Album Import:
-Images can be captured from the camera in the user selectable resolution. This resolution is limited only by the cameras maximum resolution. i.e. the max resolution of the 2.5G iPhone is 1200x1600, where the 3G or 3Gs both support 1536x2048.
-You can import images from your Photo Album, just click the Photo Album Icon on the Camera screen, then select the image you would like to enhance or email.

Edit Images:
-Images can be brightened by a pre-selected amount. This amount ranges from 0-100% and is configurable in the Config screen. Brightening of > 50% is not recommended. Above 50% provides interesting effects.

Share Images:
-Email of captured images directly from the application without exiting. To increase email efficiency you can set the email compression from settings, and it can be different than the save compression.

Save Images:
-Images can be saved with user selectable compression level and image size. Image save compression and image capture resolution can be set in the Config/Settings screen.
