Julio Etchart

Julio Etchart grew up in Uruguay before coming to Britain, where he studied Documentary Photography at Newport Art College. He covers national and international events for British, European and American publications as well as producing work for non - governmental organizations such as UNICEF, War on Want, OXFAM, Save the Children and the British Council. He is a First Prize recipient of the World Press Photo Award for his coverage of the environment, and has four photo books published.
