Ripple Pond simulates real life water refraction, complete with ripples, a realtime reflection from the front-facing camera, and calm rainy sound effects.

Stare into your iOS device and you will see a high definition river scene with life-like water simulation. Look closely and you will see your own reflection! But don't upset the water too much, or the ripples will obscure your mirror image.

This application leverages decades of computer graphics research on water simulation to deliver the best real-time water simulation possible on a mobile device. What's more, it integrates images from real life into the river scene!
