App Designer HD lets you design the interfaces of both the iPhone and iPod Touch on the go!

There are over 40 icons that you can easily drag over to the device with the touch of a finger. Once you are satisfied with the design, tap the 'Take Picture' button in the upper left corner. The image will save to your Photos and then you can email it from there!
