READ THIS: Some Devices may require a restart. If the keyboard does not appear after following the directions - please remember to restart your device.

Step 1 - Ensure the control switch is turned to the "ON" position.
Step 2 - Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.
Step 3 - After Restarting, go to Settings ➜ General ➜ Keyboard ➜ International Keyboards ➜ Add New Keyboard... ➜ select the keyboard named "Emoji" from the list.

You will now have access to the Amazing Emoji Emoticons keyboard by tapping the "globe" button on your device keyboard.
