Code editing just arrived on the iPad!
Take your programming and design projects with you on the road, and get that killer app done in no time!
With [for i] you get:
Beautiful syntax highlighting for many languages, including C, c#, Objective C, Java, HTML, PHP, Ruby, Python, SQL (*) and more.
Customize the look and feel with your favorite fonts and colors.
Transfer files to and from the app with a built in web server (requires a Wi-Fi network).
Our keyboard provides useful often-used keys for easy access and quick typing. You can also use Apple's Keyboard dock or a bluetooth keyboard with common shortcuts (CMD-Z for Undo, arrow keys for navigation etc.)
Take snapshots of your files and revert back in any time.
We're constantly improving [for i] and will have some improvements ready real soon, including better indentation rules, more accurate syntax highlighting and symbol/function selectors.
Plans for the future include Git integration, import of TextMate bundles (without the shell commands, of course), building projects through distcc servers, MSDN and ADC documentation integration and much more.
