Goal-setting

Fix to issue with advancing due date when adding a practice or goal.
Fix to issue experienced by some users around startup taking too long that caused the app to not startup.

Changes in 2.0.0
We have been listening to you and hope this is the most robust version yet. Lots of improvements, including -
- Scheduling of practices and recurring goals now goes ahead into the future. Previously only one instance would be scheduled. Now we schedule 31 recurrences ahead. So if you have a daily practice, it will always be scheduled 31 days ahead. This will help with reminders when you don't open the app you will still be reminded of your future practices. This also gives a better "calendar" like view in the Log screen.
- Automatic icon selection. When adding a goal or practice the icon will default to that of the parent item.
- Custom reminder sound effect.
- Fixed issue where sometimes the bottom toolbar would not show up.
- Fix crash bug when adding items.
- Lots of small improvements.
