Handwriting Notes

“Handwriting Memo” is a “replacement” type application with a new function that the user can handwrite notes in addition to the standard “memo” function. Not only the user can input texts and symbols by typing on the keyboards, but also s/he can now input texts in handwriting. The input of the text and symbols are now flexible.

【Features】
◆The user can input the texts and symbols in handwriting.
The Panasonic’s hand-writing recognition technology is used for this application. The technology is widely recognized (e.g. the system is used for games and for mobiles).
The system recognizes and inputs the textｓ that are written in handwriting with fingers.
Because "the automatic decision of the letter" is possible, speedier input is possible.
※ A letter revision is possible in "Reselect" smoothly.

◆The user can always switch the input between handwriting and the keyboard.
It is possible to switch between handwriting and use of keyboard depending on the situations.
The user can directly input alphabetic characters as well as the symbols.

◆The user interface is the same as the one used for the standard “Memo” function. It is user-friendly due to simple operation.

The application is compatible with the copy and paste function of the operating system. The user can therefore edit text data and write main texts of E-mails.

【How to Input in Handwriting】

1. Handwrite the textｓ and symbols in the gray space shown in the bottom of the screen using fingers.
2. The user can tap the available choices shown in the right side of the space and input the texts and symbol.
3. The user can tap the icon shown on the upper right of the space to input the texts and symbols using the keyboard.

Erase: To delete written texts and symbols
Recg: To change types of input texts and symbols
A1@: To change the available choices to double-byte characters
Next: To select the next available choices
Confirm: To confirm the input

This product operates under iOS 4.0.
To install the product, iPhone/iPod touch should be upgraded to iOS 4.0.
