Very easy to use, but also includes an animated guide just in case.
Hela Året covers 2001-2020 and is made for iPhone 4 retina display, but works just fine on iPhone 3GS and iPod Touch too.
Swedish week numbers and holidays only. Look out for the Years app which is the international version with support for many countries and languages.
