iDontSleep Polyphasic Sleep Tracker
Polyphasic sleeping is taking naps through out the day instead of sleeping a regular block of hours at night. There may be several reasons why you do this, but this app is designed to help you keep better track of your naps.
The main features of this app are:
1) Keep track of your nap schedule.
2) See how long you have been awake.
3) Graph how long you have slept over the last week or month
4) Play white noise to sleep to with headphones
5) Wake up to a custom recordable audio track so you can customize what wakes you up.
6) Require a math question at the end of wake up, before it shuts off to help make sure you are awake.
This is version 1.0. We would love to get your feed back to put into the next version.
