Mail Snippets

Mail Snippets holds a collection of pre-written email templates (canned e-mails) that you can use to quickly send professional quality emails and replies from your iPhone.

You can store many common email snippets (templates) in the app. Then you can pick a snippet, edit it if needed, and send it as a new email, or as a reply. You can add, delete, sort and edit the canned email templates.

Killer features of the app include:

* Wifi upload: You can send email templates from your desktop or laptop web browser through Wifi. You don't need to type out the long email templates on iPhone's keyboard. Use your desktop computer's keyboard to compose the mail snippets and send them to Mail Snippets app on your iPhone.

* Copy paste from desktop: If you already have a long email that you'd like to transfer to Mail Snippets, simply copy-paste and send it from your desktop/laptop web browser.

* Widescreen keyboard: Use the widescreen keyboard by composing or editing emails in landscape mode (portrait mode works too, of course!)

* Pick, Edit and Send - Quickly pick a mail snippet and edit or personalize it prior to sending it

* Add, Remove, Edit, Re-order or Delete mail snippets

* Familiar and easy to use user interface

* Includes starter email templates to choose from

Mail Snippets works in conjunction with iPhone's Mail app.

Using Mail Snippets:

1) Start from the iPhone Mail app. To reply to an email using a mail snippet, choose the "Reply" option
2) Press the Home button to quit Mail, and launch the Mail Snippets app
3) Pick one of the template emails, edit it if needed, and send it back to Mail app using the 'Send' button

The mail snippet will be copied back to the Mail app ready to be sent as a reply. You can also use these steps when sending a new email or forwarding a received mail with additional information.

Use your iPhone for sending professional quality, unencumbered emails - not just reading them!
