MyClass
Tap each student that came to your class.
Ideal for teachers with small classes with changing students.
Such us trainers, instructors or coach in sessions, yoga, sport club classes.
For each student, keeps a balance of paid/free sessions minus the number of sessions taken. Stores date, and an optional note, for each of the sessions taken. Email the history of payments and sessions.
Bonus features: track who signed your legal waiver and who has an upcoming birthday. Password protect your App.
Students are kept as regular contacts on your device and are arranged in a group which can also be accessed from the regular Contacts App*. You can use pre-existing contacts and groups or create new.
For each group you can email the list of students with their latest session and balance. The App generates group statistics such as number of active students that took at least one session and/or paid and/or got a free session.
The application will work for the first 5 active students, after which you will be asked to upgrade to your class size without losing any data. No monthly fees, ideal for small business, or independent teachers with limited budgets, unlike mindbody and karmasoft.
* Groups are not saved in Contacts if you enable "sync with google contacts". You can however store the group in the MyClass App without storing it in Contacts. You can also temporarily turn the contact sync OFF until the new group is created and then return it to ON. Go to: Settings->Mail...->
