Calculations are based on the ASME B31.3 2008 Process Piping code. Piping and Flange Calculator determines the required pipe schedule and ANSI flange rating based on the user inputted pressure, temperature, and corrosion allowances.

Piping and Flange Calculator determines the required pipe schedule and ANSI flange rating based on the user inputted pressure, temperature, and corrosion allowances. Piping and Flange Calculator works for both welded and threaded piping systems.

It is a very useful tool for anyone involved with the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industries (i.e. engineers, designers, plant operators, etc)

Calculations are based on the ASME B31.3 Process Piping code. The results screen shows complete calculation details including both the calculated thickness, minimum suggested pipe schedule, stress value, pressure, temperature, and corrosion allowances.

You can enter the data with sliders or using the keypad.

The user is also able to use whatever units they feel most comfortable with.
