Prioritizer is a fully functional personal organizer that gives you the ability to keep track of and automatically sort all of the important tasks and subtasks in your everyday life. Using Prioritizer is easy! Simply add in all of the major tasks such as "New Account Presentation", "Biology Homework", or "Child Care" and then fill in each tasks important subtasks such as "Build Excel Spreadsheet", "Chapter 2 Questions", or "Pick Up Julie @ 8" and you are off to the races.

Each task and subtask can be assigned a numberical priority, due date, name, and description in order to fully allow you to track your important to do's. Once you have all your tasks input in the Task Manager section, simply move over to the Prioritizer tab where your subtasks are all algorithmically sorted based on priority to show you your top 10 most urgent tasks so you can take care of the most important thing right now.

Once a task or subtask is finished, mark it completed in the Task Manager section and it will drop to the Completed Section at the bottom of the Task Manager area. All other tasks will be sorted into High, Medium and Low priority based on the priority you assign.
