Real Evaluation
The "Real Evaluation" application is designed to simplify on-the-go daily activities for real estate agents, surveyors, architects and engineers in estimating the value of property.
With Real Evaluation, you can calculate the market price of property in just a few minutes. It provides an estimate for quick comparison with other options and also makes detailed estimations for specific property. In the first case, the market price is calculated by simply inserting the cadastral area of the property and the average unit price, whereas in the second case, the market value is calculated using all the parameters in the "Details" section.
Everything is supported by a "folder", which can be completely edited and customised depending on your needs. You can add, delete or edit any preset variables, divide minimum and maximum prices per area, type or state of the property. From this information, the application will calculate the average market price (per square metre) which will be used to calculate the relative Commercial Value.
NB: The «Wallet» is empty because it is not possible to know beforehand all the prices in every single market! Entering market prices in the region where we operate (which we know well) would not be useful elsewhere, therefore the application would provide false figures: the real estate market of a city like Udine, for example, will never be the same as that of Rome, or Naples, New York or Hong Kong.
