TaskTrail Lite

TaskTrail allows you to manage your day to day tasks. It does this by giving you several different views on your tasks / todo's. One of the main features is the ability to keep the application simple to use yet empowering every user to work the way he wants to work by including a lot of different ways to look at the tasks at hand. These views are explained below:

Overdue view / Today view / Tomorrow view
----------------------------------
These views work with the duedate of the task. The overdue view shows all tasks with a duedate in the past where the today and tomorrow view speak for themselves.

Current Location view
-----------------
Every task can be attached to a location where the task must be done. The Current Location view determines you current location by using GPS (iPhone 3G), Network triangulation (iPhone) or current Wifi hotspot (iPod) and shows all tasks attached to that location.

High priority view
-------------
This view shows all tasks with a high priority.

Someday view
-----------
This view shows all tasks that don't have a duedate.

Top Project view
------------
This view shows all tasks for your number one project (the one on top of the projectlist)

Top Location view
--------------
This view shows all tasks for your number one location (the one on top of the locationlist)

Projects view
----------
Every task can be assigned to a project. This view shows all your projects and from there you can view all tasks per project.

Locations view
-----------
This view shows all your locations. From there you can view all tasks per location.

The application uses simple graphics to give feedback about the state of the tasks:
- an icon in front of the task shows how far you have completed the task. By simply tapping this area you toggle between 0% and 100%. From the task window you can also enter 25%, 50% and 75%.

- the background color of the task shows the priority. This can be turned of in the settings application.

- the application icon will show a badge containing the number of open tasks that are overdue or due today.
