DigiNotes is just what you need!!!!
It is a Voice Recorder, a Bloc-notes and a ToDo list at the same time.
TODO LIST:

You can create a ToDo List and add an alarm to every element. With the new version is possible to create Folders of ToDo!!!!!!

BLOC NOTES:
You can use Bloc-notes the same way of the real thing. The note can be arranged in folders for a better visualization. In addition you can share every single note by email or by DropBox. You can import PDFs files from other applications.

RECORDER
DigiNotes includes a Voice Recorder and Player to manage your audio memos. Also the audio records can be arranged in folders.

Both Notes and Audio records can be imported on your computer (Mac or PC) using iTunes File Sharing….It’s Easy
