Architect Envi Deluxe brings Web-based photos of the works from the world's most renown architects to your iPhone, along with in-depth information on the architects and their designs. It's a great way to get to investigate a time period or to check out a building from any of over 100 architects.

From the Parthenon to the Washington Monument to the Sydney Opera House, from the Suleymaniye Mosque to the British Houses of Parliament to the Disney Concert Hall, Architect Envi Deluxe displays Web-based architecture photos the way you would expect on the iPhone: full screen, with multi-touch controls, in automated slide shows or scrolling image arrays. Skyscrapers, college buildings, places of worship, museums, homes. Apollodorus of Damascus, Gaudi, Gehry, Michelangelo, Vignola, Christopher Wren, Frank Lloyd Wright. Architect Envi Deluxe brings them all from the Web to you, organized by century, alphabetically and by building.

The app is also more than just a bunch of pretty pictures. It includes access to in-depth information about the architects, enhanced by the photos of one of their key buildings. It also lets you view those buildings' locations in the Maps application. You can even save the images to the Photo app. And you can add more in-depth collections on other fun topics from the app itself.
