This simple multi-language dictionary can be used for translations:

The dictionary contains approximately 25.000 entries (words and short sentences) for each language. For every entry the dictionary includes up to 3 most widely used translations for every part of speech.
The dictionary is an easy-to-use, lightweight module (18 MB), has a user-friendly interface and intuitive word search algorithm.
This dictionary is targeted at travelers, language learners and students. Unlike many others, no internet connection is needed to use this dictionary.
