Title 28 of the U.S. Code is the portion of the Code relating to civil procedure and the organization and function of the Federal court system. This app for lawyers and law students has the following features:

- contains all of Title 28, including relevant changes enacted in 2007 and 2008 (121 and 122 STAT.)
- bookmark your most-often-used sections for rapid retrieval
- built-in search function allows you to quickly search for any word or phrase
- if you have a network connection, you can use your device's built-in mail application to email portions of the Title
- jump directly to a code section using the "spinwheels."
- if you have the latest versions of our other apps, you can tap on links to various Federal Rules (for example, Civil Procedure), articles of the Constitution, Title 18 statutes, etc. and view the cited rule, code section or article in those apps without having to navigate to the appropriate text. (Be sure you have the latest versions of our other apps in order to enable this functionality).
- if you leave the app, returning will bring you back to the text you were last reading

Note:
The statutes contained in this app were up-to-date at the time the app was submitted to the store. This includes all statutory revisions through 2008. However, statutes change frequently, and, if accuracy is important, you should always rely on primary source material.
- You can set colors and fonts using your device's "Settings" app.
- If you press the "flatten" button, long sections with lettered paragraphs reveal a right-side scroller that allows you to rapidly jump from paragraph to paragraph.
