This library of characters, Script Tips and Comment section enables writers to make notes, develop characters and co-write on the iPhone, iPad or iPod. The database works by categorizing the information according to gender, age, genre and variety. The diligently compiled library is brimming with character descriptions from countless sources. Take for example John Steinbeck's vivid description of Slim from Of Mice And Men-- "There was a gravity in his manner and a quiet so profound that all talk stopped when he spoke. His authority was so great that his word was taken on any subject be it politics or love."

Or how about the potent description that John Gardner uses to shape Beowulf in Grendel--
"his grotesquely muscled shoulders- stooped, naked despite the cold, sleek as the belly of a shark and as rippled with power as the shoulders of a horse."
