Be aware that not all providers support SMS from email. To keep eSMS up to date please send providers update for future release.

Be aware that some bad review doesn't reflect what the application is able to do, some are not able to send SMS because they don't configure the email account from the settings screen or the provider they want to use don't support the SMS via email.

- Added an option on friend to remove the country code or not
- Removed the USERNAME option from the provider (no longer needed and created confusion)
- Helper added in the email settings to configure some of the settings
