When you first open the app and enter your information it registers that user for push notifications with that device. In google wave on the desktop you then click the plus button for contacts and add iphonewavenotify@appspot.com as a contact. Then simply add that robot to any wave you want to receive notifications for and they will be pushed down to you whether or not the app is open!


Have you ever wanted to use Google Wave while on your iPhone?

Now you can!

This app allows you to use all the features of Google Wave on your iPhone. You can manage contacts, start new waves, reply to waves, and even follow links all within the app.

You can also browse through links that are in waves using forward and back buttons just like the web and still gives you a home button to get back to Google Wave. You can use all the widgets in a wave and also view and pan through the map widget.

Now use Google Wave anywhere on your iPhone or iPod Touch.

***This app is based on Google Wave's current web app, which is still in beta and has not yet been formally released.

***In order to use this you must have a Google Wave account.

***I have no connection with Google or Google Wave but just supply a means by which to use it on your iPhone.
