Holla! doesn't use your minutes and can be used on the iPod touch (with a mic)*.
The Free version includes the ability to send and receive unlimited voice messages - with only the recording time restricted.
If you'd like to record for a longer time it's easy to upgrade to the either our 1 month, 6 month, or 12 month plans with in app purchase!
