Vibe @ OSCON
A must have app for everyone attending OSCON, July 25-29 in Portland, OR. Vibe @ OSCON lets you communicate with other OSCON attendees via location messages that are visible only in and around the Oregon Convention Center (you select the distance your messages reach and also their duration).
There's no registration or login so Vibe @ OSCON is quick and anonymous. Use it as a back channel to comment/discuss OSCON sessions, network with other attendees, organize impromptu meetings, ask others about nearby food suggestions, and pretty much anything that comes to mind.
You can also tweet your vibe messages to your followers.
For a map view of nearby vibes, tap on the "AskLocal" button which will prompt to download the related and free AskLocal app for viewing messages on a map.
