Emoji keyboard is "enabled", do the following:
For iOS 4 (iPhone 4 / iPod Touch)
Launch "wEmoji Pro" app and turn on "Emoji Keyboard". Then close it.
Go to Settings
-> General
-> International
-> Keyboard
-> Add New Keyboard
Then select "Emoji".
Reboot your device.
✓ Now you can type all these cool Emoji icons.

OS 2.2 / 2.2.1 / 3.0 / 3.1.2 / 3.1.3
A. Lauch "wEmoji Pro" app.
B. Open Emoji Keyboard.

Go to Settings
-> General
-> Keyboard
-> International Keyboards
-> Japanese
Turn on Emoji keyboard.
✓ Now you can type all these cool Emoji icons.
To use the emoji keyboard in any other application, when you are typing on the keyboard.
