Watch for the release of a new app "Baseball Statistics - 2010 Edition" sometime in March. This will obviously include the entire 2009 season stats, but will also have a number of new features.

Imagine all historical baseball player statistics immediately accessible on your iPhone (or iPod Touch)! Major league stats from 1871 to 2008 are included, with no waiting for web access. Great for resolving arguments at the ballpark, at the bar, or in front of your TV. Look for a player by team and year, search for player name or team, or get career stats. This app was formerly known as just "Baseball". New in Version 2: 2008 teams and player stats; new "Years" section to look up standings for every year since 1871; team stats are available for every team every year; new stats fields for batting, pitching, fielding, personal and teams (including salaries and hall of fame); and some bug fixes and performance improvements.
