Are you going for a bike or motorcycle ride? Well, EasyTrails GPS will tell you how many miles you traveled, how much time you spent, how high you climbed and many other details. In real-time it will show you the course on a map, comparing it with downloaded tracks and points of interest.
You can import or share all tracks and waypoints, photos and ideas for new journeys with your friends.
Share where you are on Facebook and Twitter through your GPS position, and export your tracks in standard formats, so you can review them on Google Earth, SportTracks and TrailsRunner. Or simply upload them to online services like Garmin Connect, or many others.
It's possible to import tracks by Wi-Fi networks, using an improved and easy to use sharing feature.
You can also be guided to a point of interest, using the included Digital Compass, associate photos and comments, or use a sound alert that will warn you about nearby waypoints, downloaded from Internet or exported by a friend.
Additionally, EasyTrails GPS can communicate with navigators like "TomTom" (if installed) or default iPhone "Maps" for more advanced guidance needs.
EasyTrails GPS is easy to use and extremaly accurate. It ensures the maximum duration of battery thanks to the possibility of recording in "StandBy" mode.

What's new
This is the most robust and powerful EasyTrails version ever released.
EasyTrails 6.0 user interface has been rewritten from scratch with usability in mind. Now every feature of the application is always accessible regardless of the application state. It also sports a new, gorgeous, dark theme (a light version will be added in a later release).
The whole application is now more robust and stable. It should be now be impossible to lose recording data, even in case of application crashes, force quits or device shutdowns.

► GENERAL
→ application GUI has been rewritten from scratch
→ added full support for devices with a Retina display
→ share current position on Twitter & Facebook
→ recording data is never lost, even in case of application crashes, force quits or device shutdowns

► TRACKS
→ EasyTrails can now archive up to 1000 tracks
→ export / delete multiple tracks at once
→ resume recording of any saved track
→ GPS points with insufficient accuracy will be marked in red on the map
→ GPS points with insufficient accuracy will not be taken into consideration in charts and statistical informations
→ charts plotting has been made significantly faster
► WAYPOINTS
→ EasyTrails can now archive up to 2500 waypoints
→ export / delete multiple waypoints at the same time
→ map screen now sports a camera button to quickly take a picture and save it as a new waypoint with current location
→ all waypoint information can now be edited after creation
→ navigate to a waypoint using Maps.app
→ navigate to a waypoint using TomTom.app (if installed)
→ waypoint proximity alerts, if enabled, will also be posted to Notification Center
→ active waypoint will now be highlighed on MAP screen, by means of a green line connecting it to the current position
► IMPORT/EXPORT
→ tracks exported to GPX files will now include GPS accuracy information (HDOP and VDOP values)
→ GPX files containing HDOP and VDOP information can now be imported, accuracy information will be used
→ export all track information, including associated waypoints and their pictures
→ fixed proper association between track and waypoints during GPX file import / export operation
→ after being exported as GPX files, waypoints can now be imported back with all information, including pictures
→ copy waypoint picture to iOS Clipboard
→ save waypoint picture to iOS Camera Roll
