This tennis app has been created to help people improve their tennis performance by bringing video lessons to the tennis court.
The app is linked to the Energizer Tennis website, which provides information for players at every level of the game. The application is a database of over 60 videos, including instructional tennis lessons, doubles lessons, fitness exercises and children’s games.
The instructional tennis lessons are designed to be progressive from beginners level upwards. The fitness exercises are tennis specific and can be adapted to suit players of different fitness levels.
The lessons are given by a qualified tennis coach and physical trainer who has had experience working with players of all standards.
