• Why don’t you include fixtures?
The rights to the fixture list are held by the Premier League. Go to http://www.premierleague.com/ or your favourite sports website to view these.

• Why is the application slow sometimes?
Fantasy Football 09/10 has been optimized for speed. Right after a gameweek finishes the Premier League website has been known to slow due to the sheer volume of close to 2 million players. Pinkfroot have no control over the performance of the website or internet connections.

• Can I set up a new team in Fantasy Football 09/10?
No. Go to http://fantasy.premierleague.com/ and set up your new team there. You will then be able to manage your team using Fantasy Football 09/10.

• Do I need an internet connection to use the app?
Yes. This is a live feed driven application.
