What's new
- Updated user interface to indicate how to book reservations from results list
- re-enabled networking status indicators which were left out of 1.2 (should clear up issues with knowing why UI is unresponsive)
- Enhance error checking so program doesn't appear to lock up for long periods of time
- reduced networking timeout so program isn't sitting idle when network doesn't respond
- Corrected many issues introduced in 1.2 which caused double user interface notifications, incorrect doubling of navigating views and crashes
