Spring Racing Carnival in Melbourne. Time to burst out of that winter cocoon and channel your inner social butterfly. We’re talking 50 days of serious feathers, flirting and form guide action. There’s no better excuse for a jaunt to Melbourne. Frock up in your finest and strut your stuff.

We don’t claim to be a comprehensive travel guide. This modest little app is more like a little black book accessory, in modern day format. We offer suggestions on:

• Shopping: GFC? Money doesn’t always buy style! We focus on Vintage shops around Melbourne where a little leg work and a creative eye may reward you with a divine, one of a kind number.
• Events: An outline of what’s on the racing calendar. No need to pencil in your diary – just hit the bookmark button. Customize the menu tabs by hitting the edit button also.
• Frolic: Famous for its secretive laneway bars, nowadays you’re likely to find hidden retreats on rooftops and down basements too. We point you in the direction of a few.
